Newport Ridge Vistas-Newport Coast, California

The “Vistas” is a gated community of just 70 high-end single family attached homes in one of Newport Coast’s most enviable locations with some of the best views in Southern California. We were selected by one of the largest land owners in California to develop this site because we offered a land plan and superior product that would maximize the site’s potential without compromising the natural beauty of the land and its surroundings. While on a hillside, we were able to overcome sensitive environmental and fuel-modification issues without compromising views or the lush landscape theme of the project with the implementation of a planted crib wall retaining system.
