The Greens at Coto-Coto de Caza, California

The “Greens” is collection of 93 single family estates located in the private gated community of Coto de Caza nestled along the premier North Course. Due to our history of success with high-end volume housing, we were selected by Chevron Corporation to build a product along the golf course targeted to the discerning consumer. The challenge was to build large homes that would blend in with its surroundings and not detract from the beauty of the golf course, while taking advantage of the golf course and canyon views the site had to offer. We worked with award winning team of architects and engineers to successfully accomplish our goal.
